The use of our website is generally possible without any statement on your personal data. When you place an order at mapapu, we require you to provide us with personally identifiable information. This information provides us the specifics of who you are and can be used to identify, contact or locate you. Personally Identifiable Information may consist of: your name, address, telephone number, email address, products purchased, any relevant promotion code and information and the recipient's name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information you may provide us. No information on you will be used besides the mapapu-concernings, exception for the reasons of transport and logistics.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children´s Online Privacy Proteccion Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. We do not collect information from children under 13! Parents can review, delete, manage or refuse with whom their chil´s information is shares through contacting us directly.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements forcommercial messages, gives recipiens the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:

To be in accordance with CANSPAM we agree to the following:
